Air Travel
Fly overnight to Bastia (Airport code BIA). There will be a connection through a European city depending on the carrier you use. Depart the USA to arrive the next day.
Always check with Air France by phone ( be sure to call Air France at ...(800) 237 2747 rather than relying totally on internet search engines. Air France can put together a rt Paris and another rt paris-bastia as two separate tickets which often is cheaper than all the way through. Both CCM and Air France fly to Bastia from Paris. The cost of rt Paris - Bastia is approx. $200. Air France can also book a CCM flight for you.
In Paris, there will most likely be a transfer between CDG and Orly Airports. There is an Air France bus that connects the two for 16 euros. Need to allow appropriate time for the airport transfer.
Ferry Travel
You can travel to Bastia Corscia on SNCM Ferries and Corsica Ferries from numerous mainland ports including Nice and Toulon. Check their websites for schedules and fares.
