Adrienne N. (Arlington VA) is in for Nepal

Adrienne has been on a number of Far and Away Cycling Tours:  Laos,  India (Kerala) , Spain, Sikkim (Himalayas) and now Nepal.

On all of them, she was joined by her mom, Janice.  In Spain she was also joined by her other half, Tom.   Will someone join up with her in Nepal?   It is hard to say.  Only time will tell.

Adrienne is a great cook and entertains a great deal.  One of the few people on this planet who can decide on the spur of the moment that she’ll have 40 people over and not miss a beat.

Adrienne is also an active “hasher”, i.e., a member of the Hash House Harriers, the worldwide organization of social runners.  I know there are “hashes” in many of our destinations.  If Adrienne doesn’t get enough of a workout on the bike, she can most likely find a hash run.  I don’t recall anyone having the energy for that, but there is always a first.

If interested in joining Adrienne and the rest of us in Nepal, sign up early as we have to lock into plans far in advance and will have a hard time accommodating late entries.  If you like, I am sure she would be happy to hook you up with a Nepalese hash run.

Ha! Remember this night in Arcos? You never know when you might run into a Feria.

It’s not the only time we have stumbled across a Feria in Spain. Usually it is in Arcos…but also other towns. It is not strictly a kiddy carnival either. There is plenty of “adult entertainment”.
